A New Pyrone from Elaeagnus Glabra

Abstract
A new 2-pyrone, elaeagpyrone (1) was isolated from the leaves of Elaeagnus glabra (Elaeagnaceae). The structure of the new 2-pyrone was elucidated by chemical and physical evidence.
