Abstract

Based on the literature data, high-entropy alloys based on BCC or FCC phases were selected for which the ultimate strength from 214 to 2863 MPA was determined. Knowing the chemical composition of the selected high-entropy alloys, the average elastic modulus, distortion level, and mixing enthalpy were calculated. The use of formulas that use only their atomic radius and elastic modulus, mixing enthalpy to determine the theoretical level of hardness made it possible to establish the yield strength based on the ratio s0,2=0,3H.
