Abstract

The paper focuses on issues of healthcare insurance in a time of inflation, when the cost of healthcare insurance is rising while the financial situation of many of the insured is becoming weaker. The paper shows how to use generative AI (ChatGPT 3.5) in the Mind Genomics platform, BimiLeap.com, to simulate situations involved in healthcare insurance. The paper comprises four separate phases that, when integrated, provide a deeper sense of the experience of individuals coping with the healthcare insurance industry. Phase 1 comprises a set of AI-simulated interviews with insurance customers, putting a human face on the experience. Phase 2 simulates experiences with healthcare insurances, both best and worst, giving a sense of what could go wrong. Phase 3 simulates a town hall meeting where senior executives from a healthcare insurance company explain the company vision and guide people around the world of healthcare insurance, albeit in a very general way. Phase 4 shows how generative AI can become a “colleague” who provides new ideas for healthcare insurance. The combination of four phases can be accomplished rapidly, inexpensively, and with the aid of generative AI, present the user with a simple, fast, inexpensive, and scalable system to navigate through the world of healthcare insurance from the point of view of a user suffering from the ravages of inflation.
