Fortified Mangosteen Extract is a plant-based formulation composed of extracts from mangosteen, black sesame, soy, guava, and Centella asiatica. Previous reports described 100 cases of HIV cure using the formulation, with subsequent cases increasing the total to more than 130. The proposed mechanism involves stimulation of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), enhancement of immune function, and regeneration of damaged tissues. This study reports the long-term follow-up of three individuals previously reported to have achieved an HIV cure following treatment with Fortified Mangosteen Extract, including one individual who had never used antiretroviral drugs and two who had previously received antiretroviral therapy.

Mr. Din, who had not previously used antiretroviral drugs, initially had an HIV viral load of 2,532,199 copies/mL and a CD4 count of 4 cells/cu.mm. After 11 months of using Fortified Mangosteen Extract, his HIV viral load became undetectable and his CD4 count increased to 522 cells/cu.mm. In July 2026, approximately 24 months after discontinuing the formulation, his HIV viral load remained undetectable, with a CD4 count of 792 cells/cu.mm and a CD4 percentage of 31.39%. Ms. View and Ms. A, both of whom had previously received antiretroviral therapy, gradually reduced and discontinued their antiretroviral drugs while continuing the formulation. In July 2026, 44 months after discontinuing antiretroviral therapy and approximately 23 months after discontinuing Fortified Mangosteen Extract, both continued to have undetectable HIV viral loads. Ms. View had a CD4 count of 636 cells/cu.mm and a CD4 percentage of 36.26%, while Ms. A had a CD4 count of 579 cells/cu.mm and a CD4 percentage of 34.64%. The long-term follow-up of these three individuals showed sustained undetectable HIV viral loads and maintained CD4 levels after discontinuation of both antiretroviral drugs and Fortified Mangosteen Extract. The findings reported in these cases support Fortified Mangosteen Extract and its proposed stem cell- mediated immunological and regenerative mechanisms in HIV treatment.
