I can show, with my “Wave Theory of the Mind”, that incoherent brain waves interfere and create low amplitude, low energy brain waves cause a bed of depression and mental illness and this, in poor people, this bed of depression can be influenced by higher amplitude financial anxiety waves causing a worsening of their condition. A citation with a $25 dollar fine plus “costs” over 6 times more than the fine would do this. Then a vicious threat of arrest warrant if they did not pay up, would cause a high amplitude peak in anxiety which could trigger irrational violence or suicide.
